About Portals
Our customer portals are a key element in communicating personalized and custom information we generate each month for our clients. These portals include areas such as; account information, monitoring reports and various access to support documents while providing a platform to provide Chat Taxi with infomration on company promotions and knowledge base information that supports our agent efficiency.
To obtain a portal you must be an active Chat Taxi customer.
If you are a current Chat Taxi Customer and require a new portal or alterations to your portal, please fill out the Request A Portal Form and a representative will follow up your request immediately.
